“Entrepreneurship and the Environment” with Trovers Orr
Understand the importance that wellbeing and environment plays on entrepreneurship. Discover how you can reduce your carbon footprint and make your own milk.
Trovers Orr is the author and creator of the Murray the Milkman & Co. series. Inspired by a lifelong commitment to education, the series is a venture very close to Trover’s heart. His stories reflect his own passions for sport and exercise, good nutrition, and the promotion of community, and entrepreneurship as to family bonds.
Through imaginative and exciting storytelling, Trovers hopes to inspire children to positive actions, healthy living, and a lifelong love of reading and writing.

Worrying is a destructive habit that can drain all your energy and take the fun out of your day. If not kept in check, worrying can lead to stress, anxiety and physical illness. Learn how to utilise poetry, conversation and expressive writing activities to set goals, and build your resilience.
Charmaine Pollard is a poetry therapist and life coach with a passion for leading therapeutic writing workshops to promote health and wellbeing. Her fusion of contemporary coaching with poetry therapy techniques have helped people from all walks of life find self-compassion, contentment and success.
She is author of Writing for Resilience, a workbook that harnesses the power of writing to help strengthen resilience.
“The Journey of an Author is an Adventure” with Joyce Osei
If you are considering writing a book, or perhaps you haven’t written before, this workshop is a great place to start. You will learn how to plan and write your first story using your lived experiences and a comprehensive structure. We will begin to break down some of the barriers, discuss common pitfalls, and provide simple tips, so you can get started with confidence.
Joyce Osei is a Diversity and Inclusion Consultant and works with Senior Leaders and Entrepreneurs to increase the representation of marginalised people in the digital content they produce.
Joyce is the author of The Adventures of Amma and Kwessi in Barbados (published in 2020), Co-Author of Voices of Hope (published in 2019) and also Resilient Voices (published in 2021)
“Practical Steps to Financial Freedom” with Charmaine Dawkins-Alder
During this workshop we look at simple and effective ways to move forward with your finances. We will create a plan that helps you to face your situation, manage your money better, break free from debt, and embark on a regular saving plan, irrespective of your current financial situation.
You are not alone in that lonely place where debt takes you. Come, let’s write the vision, make it plain, and make a plan to move out of that place into freedom.
Charmaine Dawkins-Alder is a wife, a mother, sister and grandmother. She runs the award-winning training business Difference A Day Makes. She is also co-author of the bestseller Navigating Life Anthologies featuring in the Health, Grief and Loss volume. Her story is to encourage others to embark on the journey to financial freedom.
